Hey, I’m Robert — the owner and mechanic behind Front Range Bicycle Service.
I started this business because getting your bike serviced shouldn’t be a hassle. Between loading bikes into a car, waiting around at a shop, and trying to fit repairs into a busy schedule, it often feels harder than it needs to be. So I built a mobile service that comes to you — at home, work, or wherever your bike needs attention.
I bring over 22 years of experience from the U.S. Air Force, where doing things the right way and paying attention to details was the standard, not the exception. After retiring, I spent years working in bike shops as a mechanic, service manager, carbon fiber repair technician, and mountain bike suspension specialist. I’ve worked on everything from well-loved commuters to high-end race bikes, and I treat every bike like it’s my own.
I’m also a rider. I’m out on local trails regularly, race cyclocross and mountain bikes, and stay involved in the Front Range cycling scene. That perspective matters — I know how bikes are actually ridden, what wears out, and what really makes a difference on the trail or road.
Front Range Bicycle Service is fully mobile, which means no shop drop-offs and no waiting around. You get professional, shop-quality service without the shop experience. Just straightforward work, clear communication, and realistic timelines.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: make bike service easy, honest, and convenient — and keep you riding with confidence.
If you’re not sure what your bike needs or just want to talk through options, I’m always happy to help!
— Robert
